GHL will use the hotel units and will give the owner a participation in the hotel earnings including profits from the food and beverages department. Furthermore, the owners of these units will have a VIP pass providing for a very special rate for lodging, usage of the facilities and many other benefits when staying at the hotel. In addition to this, he/she will have a special rate in all other hotels managed by GHL. |
